Under the direction of the Honorable Superintendent of Police of Barguna District, Mr. Md. Ibrahim Khalil, Barguna District Police has been consistently successful in recovering illegal weapons and other illegal items. As part of this continuity, on 25/11/2024, a smart team led by Taltoli Police Station Officer-in-Charge Mr. Imran Alam conducted a raid with the help of local people in front of the house of Jamal Master, a resident of Barapara, Pachakoralia Union, Taltoli Upazila, due to a previous enmity, on the paved road in front of his house. With the help of local people, an operation was conducted in front of the house of Jamal Master, a resident of Barapara, Pachakoralia Union, Taltoli Upazila. 01 9 mm Taras pistol, 5 rounds of live bullets and 2 bullet shells and country-made weapons were recovered from the accused Zakir Howlader (40), father- deceased Moizaddi Howlader, resident of Barapara, Taltoli, District-Barguna. A case is under process of registration against the accused in the said incident. The operation is ongoing.
