On 09 September 2024 at 10.00 a.m. in the Barguna Police Lines Drillshed, a monthly welfare meeting was held under the chairmanship of Superintendent of Police Mr. Md. Ibrahim Khalil. In the welfare meeting, Additional Superintendent of Police (Administration and Finance) Mr. Mohammad Mozammel Hossain; Additional Superintendent of Police (Crime and Ops) Mr. Md. Zahurul Islam Howladar along with all circles of the district, in-charges and policemen from Sadar Thana, Court, Sadar Outpost, Sadar Traffic and Police Lines participated. Many of the present members highlighted their various problems and the Superintendent of Police immediately provided solutions and in the closing speech highlighted various valuable guidelines for the proper implementation of the police do's and don'ts.
